I even missed my flight on way out to Menorca so ended up getting a later one which meant I arrived like 6 hours after check in time. So I contacted the property via phone. "Le self-checkin n'est pas au point et très fastidieux. Assurez-vous bien avant d'arriver d'envoyer un email et de bien avoir le code d'accès, sans quoi vous restez sur le trottoir comme nous et trois autres personnes. Par contre une fois que nous avons pu joindre qqu'un et nous enregistrer, l'hôtel est parfait, très joli, très propre, calme, emplacement imbattable. "11/10. Exceeded our expectations. The most perfect property and location for our time in Menorca. Highly recommend. From staff to amenities with access to the adult only adjacent resort amenities, gym, spa, free yoga in the morning, amazing calm and picturesque pool, short distance to the beach and restaurants, quick drive (or bus) to La Ciutadella, and I was able to go trail running directly from the place, really everything you could ask for a perfect getaway. "
