" Unfortunately we didn’t get any check in instructions, so we had to call them to send a guy to check us in. He didn’t speak a word of english, so the information was rather lacking. He tried, via google translate to tell us he would clean the rooms.. but in the end we had to ask for it… that ment ‘making our beds’ but not cleaning the floor or taking out the trash or restocking toiletpaper, etc. Also the shower cabin was so small, thet it would only fit a child. "Our stay in Catania was great. The hotel manager went above and beyond helping us on multiple occasions. The area and views from the hotel were less than scenic but a short walk away was the dining, shopping, and historic areas. It was a little unnerving to find the hotel lobby door was locked on the inside so we could not exit without the desk clerk and his key when leaving early."
