"The building looks new and room looks new but nothing feels clean. Floor was dirty in the room. Walked out of shower to bed, my feet got dirty from the floor. Shower gel and shampoo was completely empty had to ask for them to replace. Hair dryer was also missing. Had to call for them to bring up. The room just didn't feel ready for us even though we online checked in 24hrs ahead. Plus there were ants in the lobby for 2 days and not cleaned or had a solution for. It was all over the coffee...

"This hotel is an absolute disaster and easily the worst place I have ever stayed. The entire property feels like it’s falling apart. The stairway railing was pulling away from the wall, creating a serious safety concern. My room looked like it was still under construction. The flooring wasn’t finished, the shower was filthy and poorly assembled, and the overall condition of the room was unacceptable. The building was hot, humid, and uncomfortable, and it took forever for the room to cool down....

"I didn’t stay. The room was horrible blood on the walls air-conditioning broke. Bear is not clean proper refrigerator making a sound when you pull up. You gotta speak to a person through a little window. If this is what your company like you may need to revamp why it is so low rating walkway disgusting everything locked up people barely spoke English. "Stayed for 2 nights. Room was clean and comfortable. Was pleasantly surprised to see that our room had been serviced while out for a day at the theme park. Since covid this is rare. Breakfast was good. Would recommend this hotel."

"Avoid at all costs. The photos of the room I have seen prior to booking were all a complete lie. The room was dirty, there were bugs popping up frequently, the floorboards were not fully leveled, and there were multiple holes and cracks in the walls. No appliances for food either and the wifi is terrible. There was also no smoke alarm which I believe is a serious violation. You're better off paying a few more bucks for somewhere else nearby, especially if you are there for Kings Dominion."
