"Clean room, quick service and fair price "

"The hotel is in a convenient location to our weekend activities. The staff were all lovely and made the stay as comfortable as possible."

"They did not have breakfast, they had cereal, bread for toast and some juice type drinks. The room was clean luckily but exterior (including doors to rooms) was in very poor condition. "

"I had a hard time with my Expedia reservation but Rabine was extremely helpful and spent alot of time solving my problem. He helped me reach out to Expedia and try to explain why I was having trouble. I couldn't get anywhere with Expedia on the phone so we left and he called me and told me that he had straightened it out and my reservation was all set. I really appreciate his help. He is a great employee to have representing your company."

"The room was not clean. There were food items under the beds and the couch. There was no shampoo or body wash. They handed me body wash with no top and filled an empty bottle of shampoo that wasn’t meant for shampoo. The outlet by the bed doesn’t work and is coming out of the wall. There is rarely a staff member available at the desk, and they don’t answer the phone number given."

"Breakfast was not very good, very limited options. The market was not stocked. Wanted to buy water and snacks but for the three days we were there their market was not stocked. Staff was very friendly. "

"We had to change rooms 3 times!!! The first room we were given a key to was Occupied!! The second room, the fan in the bathroom sounded like a jet running!!! The 3rd room ..the refrigerator didnt work..it was Horrible!"

"We checked in late, as a one night sleep, during our traveling south vacation. The room had everything that was advertised but wasn't as new or clean as the pictures convey. Our one queen bed was so worn out that my wife slept in a hole and I did a balancing sleep on the edge of bed trying to not fall in the hole on top of her. "Drug paraphernalia on the nightstand. Sheets have stains , sink and room not cleaned before checkin. Left this hotel mid-stay to go to another. Expedia nor the hotel refunded my stay even though I provided pictures"
