"The room was warm despite the air conditioning being set at 65 It just blew air not cold air Breakfast was not great compared to other lower cost hotels. We will not stay there again Staff was congenial Room was clean"

"We had to change rooms 3 times!!! The first room we were given a key to was Occupied!! The second room, the fan in the bathroom sounded like a jet running!!! The 3rd room ..the refrigerator didnt work..it was Horrible!"

"The place was disgusting, I did not get the room I ordered with one bed. He had to switch me to another one because of the system or something. The sheets were questionable with stains all over them. There was one pillow that was okay enough for me to put my head on. There was no remote to the TV. The Wi-Fi did not work. I could not park near the room. I was put in and I kept having to walk or drive rather to The main property in front of it check-in window because apparently that property...

"The hotel had just the perfect balance of no-frills with practical and comfortable features. The breakfast and coffee were A+. Definitely will look for other Avid Hotels."

"We stopped here driving home from Florida to NY. We didn’t plan our stop ahead of time and decided to just drive until we were tired. The hotel was clean but very old, dated and dingy. There was a free breakfast that was average- waffle maker, cereal, yogurt, etc. The woman on staff at the breakfast center seemed annoyed we were there, we got there at 9am and were the only ones there, breakfast was served until 9:30, maybe she had already cleaned up thinking there wouldn’t be any more guests?...

"I am a bit of a hotel snob at times but this one exceeded my expectations! Incredibly friendly staff, very clean and comfortable rooms. Love the area, felt safe and had lots of great food/shopping options. If we are in the area again we will definitely be staying here."

"Hotel is dirty, staircase going to upstairs to 2nd level and our hallway is dirty. It seriously need to be vacuumed. Our top layer bed sheets were dirty you can see the stain told the front desk and housekeeping came and change it for us. Our sofa looks dirty and worn out so we did not sit on it, bathroom is fine except the toilet area you can smell urine it seriously needs a deep clean. Our key cards keep locking us out of this our room. Turns out they cancel our reservation, never explained...
