"Had such a wonderful stay. Kimberly went above and beyond to make myself and my dog feel welcome. My breakfasts were amazing, and even an extra slice of bacon was cooked up for my dog! Such a cute heritage home. River park is directly across which makes for a lovely little walk. Highly recommend staying!"
"The room was clean. The only staff we dealt with were the front desk and they were very pleasant. The housekeeping staff seemed very friendly and all said hello when we were leaving the next morning.
We did not have breakfast since it isn’t included. We stay at this hotel every year and would love if a most cost efficient breakfast option was added. However, we do understand that you have the restaurant attached so it makes sense that you just do breakfast through them.
We didn’t get to use the hot tub because the sign was up that it has just been treated. I’d like to suggest putting a time frame on the sign since no one came back to come reopen it for a very long time. Everything else was lovely! "
"We checked in and the staff were accommodating to ensure we had a ground floor, and made the extra effort to move us closer to the lobby. The room was small, and could only accommodate two double bed (others had a queen). Sadly, the room was designed such that you faced a brick wall. Why would they design a hotel like that. The rooms and hotel are certainly dated, but the staff cleaned the rooms daily. Bathtub is stained and the sink valves are loose. The two luggage carts are non matching and beat up, with one held together by Duct tape. Ready to fall apart. We had to purchase the breakfast, but the food at the attached restaurant was great. Had one breakfast and two dinner. We would have had the breakfast after checking out, but instead of opening at 6 am, they did not open until 7. We left by then. The room has a fridge/freezer and microwave. Our remote for the TV was not working and they replaced. All in all, it was comfortable for our 4 night stay. We would likey come back if we are back in the area."
"My room was very clean, nicely decorated to make anyone feel instantly comfortable. There was lots of parking space conveniently located for everyone.
The breakfast became the highlight of my stay, the food was prepared to order and was delicious with freshly baked muffins the first few days and topped off with homemade everything sourdough bagels. Many thanks to the owners and their staff for an enjoyable stay."
