"We enjoyed our stay at the Oaks Casuarina Resort. However we feel general upkeep and maintenance of the property has dwindled somewhat over the past few years. Some of the timber railings and stairs need sanding and a fresh coat of finish, the roof tiles are looking faded and weathered in places ..."
