An almost new hotel with wonderful views of the mountains. First class staff make this a special place. Extremely happy with our stay.

Great room, staff were fantastic and good breakfast buffet

This is the best property to stay.its budget friendly, staffs are really very nice and cleaness is upto the mark. The location is very good, you can visit the tourist attraction with in 15 min. Sapa plaza is 5-10min walk. I just loved this place and everyrhing was so perfect. They allow to keep luggage, as we had late night bus. In the room we had a welcome note, postcard . I definitely recommend this place.

Lovely place to stay in a stunning location. Room was beautiful, main area/dining/reception was like an eco lodge which was really nice and family run, friendly informal place. Food was so good at the restaurant. Would highly recommend staying here!

The location was stunning and the views were breathtaking. Our room was out of this world, with huge floor to ceiling windows we were blessed to wake to the beautiful view every day. Staff were loveky, really helpful and friendly, nothing was too much. There were 3 gorgeous residential cats and a beautiful dog at the property. We were so sad to leave and wished our stay had been longer. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed out.

Nice cabin like hotel. Staff were helpful & welcoming. Rooms good size. Bathroom were of good size, but the sink leaked. The tub didn’t look like its drainage was put correctly. Breakfast unfortunately was not satisfactory. Location was good and walking distance to restaurants, cafe & station.

The surroundings are lovely, the room was very comfortable and cleaned daily. It wasn’t the weather for the pool so didn’t swim but I imagine it to be perfect on a hot day. One of the most relaxing stays I’ve had anywhere with kind friendly staff and delicious well priced food. The hotel offers one free taxi either to or from town when you arrive which was really useful for me leaving on a Sunday morning. Highly recommend. Waking up to the view of the fields and hills in the morning was a...

The best property without any big franchises, well maintained & beautiful rooms

Nice hotel, good location, great staff

We had a wonderful stay at Sapa Horizon Hotel! The team kindly upgraded us to mountain-facing rooms, which made our stay even more special. The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable. The reception team was always helpful, and they even packed food for our bus journey when we left. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a lovely way to end our stay. An amazing hotel with warm hospitality and a team that really looks after its guests. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sapa!

An amazing hotel with amazing views and friendly and welcoming staff. Feels like a family home! The bungalow is comfortable and the balcony has stunning views of the mountains. Food is great too. It is like the luxury homestay - it is not cheap but you really get what you pay for. We really enjoyed this place and would highly recommend it.

Truly marvel in the center of Sapa. No other hotel like it with amazing decor, views and amenities. Sapa is beautiful but you won’t mind rainy days when staying here! Top top hotel.

This was such a stunning location! Beautiful views over the valley, lovely staff and a short grab ride into Sapa. We loved exploring Sapa, then retreating back to this little serene oasis! Would highly recommend
