"Clean comfortable room, (windows could have been cleaner) the one big disappointment was, we only had two towels, one each. One of the towels was fairly disgusting, it was worn thin, ragged and had stains on it. We both used the one good towel. If this was a towel of mine at home it would have been long ago relegated to the dirty rag/dog towel bin. Other than that staff were extremely friendly, bed very comfy and nice blackout curtains. "

"Parking was okay, (not hotel owned). The hotel location itself wasn’t too bad. Staff was wildly disrespectful, made me feel out of place and as if I didn’t belong. I travel a lot 6-7 times a year and I’ve never had a hotel staff this rude, interrupting me, answering a phone while helping me then hung up as they were mid sentence so they interrupted me just to give more poor service to some else. They gave me side eyes as I sat in the lobby waiting for my friends to get downstairs. It’s a shame too because my room was very nice The toilet didn’t flush in one of the rooms I reserved (I reserved 2). All around mediocre stay."

"This was such a nice hotel and wonderful location. The staff was very helpful in recommending local places to eat. The breakfast buffet couldn't have been any better than it was. They had everything anyone could possibly want with many options. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Did not have the breakfast. Received a food credit to be used in the restaurant but did not use it because the restaurant had very limited hours and was extremely crowded when they were open. Unclear whether there were food offerings in the evening. Also I thought I had fully prepaid on Expedia but I was charged two days of Phila taxes on checkout."
