"This is a resort like hotel where big tour groups stay. Overall we were pleased with the location and comfort. There were minor things that were not working such as treadmills and some ice machines but as a whole we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. "The facilites are extremely outdated and you are met with a cigarette smell upon entry into the facility. I saw a live roach on the floor I was booked for. the carpet in my room was torn, the shower needed caulking and there was mold on walls. the cigarette smell permeated into my room as well. I was just generally uncomfortable for a $300 2 night stay. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly and were the only upside to my stay."
