Staff tried to be helpful, but I got the feeling management was just trying to do cheap repairs and nothing really worked. Housekeeping was sub par. People serving breakfast were kind."

"Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!"

"The website advertises an indoor pool. The pool was closed "for the season" with the manager stating it's a seasonal pool. This was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. The phones in the room did not work- not even to call down to the front desk. The television did not work upon arrival. It took two trips downstairs for the staff to come fix the television. "My room had crushed dead bugs in it and hair on the floor near the bathroom sink. And I didn't have a full size towel in my room. When I took a shower I had to use a hand towel to dry off"

"Friendly staff and clean room. It wasn't an issue for us, but the bathroom door did not shut. That could definitely be awkward for some people. I saw some notices on the walls about strict polices that were not mentioned online, including no more than 2 people per room and no guests, but it wasn't an issue in our case since we just needed a place to crash for the night. The exterior could use some sprucing up. There was a shopping cart full of bricks and a few mattresses just chilling out front....
