"Good breakfast"

"Mattress seemed like one side was firm, the other, a black hole. Poor sleep. Several people outside the window on the ground floor making noise at 6:30am. The bulletproof glass and giant wall of security camera feeds was an interesting welcome to this place when checking in. Missed out on the “Signs of Human Trafficking” posters from my other stays at Quality Inns. I’ll choose somewhere else next time I’m passing through Hagerstown."

"Perfect experience in Waynesboro! Staff exceptional and helpful!"

"The room was huge, check-in was very easy, communication was excellent. Gus was very friendly and accommodating. We had a great experience and hope to stay there again in the future!"

"The room was not cleaned very well but acceptable when we checked in. That night there was so much noise and it was after quiet hours. Same thing around 6-7 in the morning. We left for the day and were very disappointed when we saw that our room was never cleaned, beds not made, no clean towels."
