"The hair dryer in my room did not work, after complaining no one fixed it or let me use a different hair dryer. There was some kind of red sauce or blood on the ceiling in my room. I showed the front desk person, but nothing was done about it. There were little bugs crawling on the floor in my room.
The carpets were dirty and looked like they weren’t vacuumed often.
The day shift front desk person seemed overwhelmed but the night front desk people were nice and friendly. "
"I had a very positive stay at the DoubleTree Hotel in Tulsa. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and had a comfortable, welcoming feel from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day.
What really stood out was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Whether it was check-in, answering questions, or assisting with small requests, they handled everything efficiently and with a great attitude.
Overall, it was a smooth, comfortable stay with great service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tulsa and would stay here again."
"Front desk staff was friendly, hospitable and helpful. Shuttle van driver was great and so accommodating! We enjoyed the restaurant and rooftop bar. Rooms were very clean. "
"The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. However, wont book there again. The beds were hard and the pillows were soft they were uncomfortable. The breakfast wasnt that good either. We will book our normal hotel stay next time."
