"stayed at Studio 6 Deer Valley for about two weeks and overall had a good experience. The location was convenient for getting around the Deer Valley area, and I appreciated having a full kitchenette in the room — it made a long stay much more comfortable and affordable. The staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The property itself is fairly quiet, and I felt safe during my stay, which is important when you’re somewhere for more than just a night or two. Parking was easy, and the extended-stay setup worked well for my needs. The only downsides were that a few rooms in the building had issues with roaches, the vending machines were frequently out of order, and the laundry facilities are pretty expensive at $3.75 per wash and $3.75 per dry. Those are things management could definitely improve. Overall though, for the price and the convenience, it served its purpose well for my two-week stay, and I’d consider staying again if I needed an extended stay option in the area."

"Ocotillo Apartments and Hotel is a unique hybrid property, part apartment and part hotel, just as the name suggests. If you go in understanding that it is a budget-friendly stay with minimal amenities, it delivers exactly that. We stayed five days and were content with our choice. The room was simple but adequate with a comfortable bed, a couple of outlets, a microwave, and a fridge. It worked well for what we needed. The bathroom included single-use shampoo and body lotion. It would be great to see the property keep its minimalist approach but add basic soap for washing hands and body. We were provided one roll of toilet paper initially and were able to get another at the front desk without issue. Overall, the property is fine and works well if your expectations align with a no-frills, value-focused stay. Sharing this to help future guests set expectations in advance. There is also a standard $100 deposit required at check-in."
