"One of the best landscaped properties I’ve ever experienced"

"The setting in the mountains is beautiful, and the place has a fun, rustic atmosphere. However, there were several disappointments during our stay. The listing advertises air conditioning, but it’s important to understand that the rooms are screened in, so the AC does not cool the entire room. You can only really feel it when you’re lying in bed with the curtains closed. Also, the air blows directly onto your face, and there’s no way to adjust the airflow. "Staff was great and verry accommodating. Food was not so good. One pool was a little dirty because they didn't have it circulating. The other pool was other other side of the property. The roads coming in were absolutely horrible. Very rocky and washed out"

The food was great and the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet. If I could give more stars I would. Be ready to unplug from the world and enjoy your surroundings. So much to do and see. "The property and House was clean and cool with AC! The staff was so much fun and thoughtful! We learned so much from Alfred and Dwight throughout our stay! We also did the big zip lines, repelling, and tight rope which was fun and beautiful! There is lots to do around the resort and it’s close to so many beautiful sights!"

"The whole place was amazing! The cabins were bare bones but clean and cute. We had a porch in the back right by the rainforest, but wished there had been comfy chairs to sit on instead of a small, hard bench. The bathrooms were clean with some interesting insect life to observe while sitting there. Showers were hot and good pressure. The Toucan Cafe up front was superb - we ate every meal there. There is comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. Fridge and coffee maker are available for guests....
