"The manager Ali was incredibly helpful. He arranged for us to have a hot air balloon ride after our original reservation was cancelled; he arranged airport shuttle. He extended our check out time so we could get a nap after the balloon ride. And more. The room was quiet, and easy to sleep in. We recommend this hotel whole heartedly."

The staff were friendly. The restaurant is quite expensive but the food and service was amazing. We didn’t use the spa aside from the pool.
