"We absolutely loved our stay at Tree Tops and Caye Caulker! Audrey was so helpful with recommendations and navigating the island. We loved the view from the roof top deck (check the sunset out). Having water available to refill was super convenient. And finally, the use of bikes made travel around the island easy. Great property, super friendly staff."

There was a rooster that started crowing about 3 AM every night, all night long!! Not their fault. Also, not locatedin the best part of town. "

"The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The male person at the reception area was courteous and helpful. I didn't get a chance to go into the pool because it was crowded and small. I enjoyed my stay but note the booking page says there is a microwave in the room which was a lie. I got a room with two king beds,refrigerator, AC, TV. The refrigerator took so long to get our drinks cold. There was no knob to adjust the temperature. The internet was not good. Both the tv and AC remote batteries needed to be changed so we had issues adjusting the temperature and switching channels. "

"Rooms are basic and very outdated. Not very clean and very much in need of upkeep. AC marginal. No pool, beach or other ameneties, which was probably clear on the booking page. Its a far as possible from the "center of town" Sargassum is bad along the waterfront."
