"I loved our short stay. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. The spa area was great! The pool was great for swimming laps. The hot tub was perfect temperature. The room was clean and very quiet. I loved the views cows on the hill side. "
"Fantastic location with excellent views of the ocean and friendly staff! Property is well kept and clean! Bed was a little on the hard side, but that's a personal preference.

"Our second time staying here and it’s always so beautiful. We love the nature, heated outdoor pools for our kiddos, complimentary yoga classes and kayaking . Just beautiful property! Only thing they didn’t have for both days we stayed was the complimentary coffee station at the lodge . They kept saying we have complimentary coffee in our rooms . "

"I really like The Sandman as it was easy to get to, check in was fast and the room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was very nice. The onlybdownside was that there was not enough seating. It was a little chilly to dit at the pool tables. Other than that, it was great."
"We arrived in Gualala several hours before we expected. We were tired and thought we'd ask, just on the chance, if there would be any possibility of an early check in. The woman who was in the office was extremely accommodating and moved us into another room, which made the early check in possible. Thanks!"
"We ate at Peppers food was great & close to the Hotel which was nice, our beds were comfy & internet worked great wish there would have been a hot tub & breakfast in the morning but other then that it was nice "
