"Liked having a hot tub. Would have loved an adult only hour from 10-11pm…Pool area was nice for the dehumidifiers, but could use some updated decor. Sad to see balcony overlook being used as storage area. Elevator felt like it would break at any given moment 😳 Breakfast was fine for being included. Room was adequately cleaned and maintained minus a non functional floor lamp"

"Everything about this hotel is excellent. Located right off I-40, easy to access and plenty of parking and located around several restaurants (including a new In N' Out!). The hotel is brand new- great rooms, clean and refreshing interiors, great hotel gym and equipment, bright, inviting lobby and staff is wonderful."

"The room had an awful smell, the chair and carpet/floors were filthy. The AC in the room was not working. I went to the desk twice and both times a sign was up saying they were away. There were people hanging out in the parking lot and I didn’t feel safe staying. We left and did not stay the night."

"I love the staff here. They are quiet, not mouthy or rude. Quite the opposite. The housekeepers are awesome. I would put them up against the Hilton Downtown any day.
