"Clean facility with all the basics in a very convenient location. The staff was friendly but clearly overwhelmed at check-in time. Do not expect great service at the rooftop restaurant/bar. It took 15 minutes to get up there because the elevators are SLOW and crowded, and the bar was out of almost all menu items and the staff up there was awful- unhelpful and slow. Overall, great hotel stay, but avoid the rooftop restaurant/bar."

"location is great only half a block to time square, but that's about it. was given vouchers for a pizza and a coke a few blocks away when we go there it was only 2 slices no drink. pipes were clanking throughout the night and when showering water pressure dropped numerous times. after checking out, the 300 dollar deposit they took upon checking in wasn't refunded completely. they charged us 137 dollars for "facility fees". Basically they ripped us off for 137 bucks. the streets are safe no need to watch your wallet, but watch out for the hidden fees with the hotels."

"The manager, Joe, was very kind and helpful during our stay. Our first room was not in the best condition, probably because the hotel had only reopened a few days after renovation. Joe quickly helped us find a new room, which we really appreciated. The street outside was not the cleanest and there were some homeless people nearby, but that is also part of the New York City experience. The location is very convenient, especially since the hotel is very close to Times Square. Overall, we had a good stay and appreciated the helpful service."

"Hotel was beautiful and set up perfect but the AC did not keep the room cool at all. We had to open up the window for the room to get cool but the downside with that was we were on the 17th floor which was right under the rooftop bar. So it was very loud but it was understandable "

"The hotel is in the heart of Time Square. And it feels like you in a Paradise island. Good food and drinks. The staff very friendly and professional. The rooftop Amazing! I recommend this hotel 💯"
