Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. "It‘s a really nice hotel directly at the beach. Unfortunately, on the other side it‘s directly at a main road/autobahn. The first three nights, we had a room very close to the road and didn‘t get a lot of sleep because it was so loud. That made it very difficult to enjoy our vacation.
