"The property is gorgeous!! Had the swim up suite which was perfect! The bartenders were great, everyone was extremely helpful, the ONLY downside was the food. Food was a 6/10 at best. We were asking for authentic Mexican food and they recommended La taqueria… it didn’t give what they thought it gave. Then we went to downtown and the restaurants were what we were looking for. Definitely go to the speciality restaurants on site though. Oh, and they are a time share resort, but the team was not as pushy as I’ve seen other places. So great place, would highly recommend, just explore downtown for good food and come prepared with mosquito repellant."

"Super convenient location. Staff was warm and welcoming. Room was lovely. Beds were very comfortable and having a terrace was so relaxing. Love the oversized pillows. Breakfast was simply amazing. The fresh bread and papaya jam was delightful. The menu items were beautiful and delicious. The beetroot hummus avocado toast was like a work of art. Evenings spent in the rooftop pool were a refreshing end of lovely days. For a real treat walk toward town center via Calle Polar the street art is spectacular !"

"The condo was well equipped, ice cold and quiet AC, beautiful lush grounds. The pool was nice, warm and clean, no complaints here. Two supermarkets less than a two minute walk away and several bike rental places close by making it easy to get around. "

"Very nice hotel, with very helpful staff. A rooftop bar and restaurant is a plus and very convenient. The room was small, but I enjoyed staying for a couple of nights. A bit getting noisy in the night because of the rooftop, but I was okay with that. I had an issue with the balcony door lock, which was not completely locked, even though you tried hard, and it could open with a push from outside. The balcony is a nice setup shared with other rooms. It was okay with me, but I am not sure everyone can accept that, especially if they have personal belongings in the room while they are out."

"The owner of the establishment was very kind and helpful and was attentive to all of our needs. The bathroom had low shower pressure but overall got the job done. The room was small but enough space for me and the other person I was traveling with, the beds were very comfortable and spacious. The AC worked great got very cold at night. The parking is on the street, which is fine. The rooftop of the place was spectacular. The place had three cats that were the most adorable. Overall, I would recommend to stay here. You get easy access to a lot of of the restaurants that are about walking distance. The place really gives you a homey vibe. And the restaurant that’s attached to the building has very good breakfast for a reasonable price perfect for just wanting to get up and get breakfast."

"This hotel is gorgeous! The beach & view were stunning & lots going on in the area. Our room couldn’t have been better. I have stayed all over the world & have never had a friendlier or more accommodating staff. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. They even helped us with transportation & outside excursions. Luis at the front desk was especially helpful & always had a smile! The food was great too.. breakfast, dinner, margaritas… everything! I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was here. I just wish we could have stayed longer. "
