"The property was unique and beautiful surrounded by nature felt refresh daily. The staff was amazing and kind. However, the food was not the best I would only recommend staying within the limit of breakfast that was included as the food doesn’t have much flavor. What I did not like was the private pool were extremely cold. The expectation was the pool to be at least a regular shower temperature throughout the day but it was extremely cold at all hour of the day. If you experience cold plunge before that is the temperature of the private pool. There must be an alternative of heated option for these pools."

"The only redeeming quality of this hotel is that it is close to the National Park. Food is okay, pretty much the exact same thing everyday in the buffet. No menu. Hot water is a maybe. Maid service is okay. Elevators don’t have accurate floor numbers. No room service. Front desk speaks no English. "

"Room was beautiful and clean, staff were lovely. My jungle garden was so nice!! Would recommend bringing earplugs as there is a very enthusiastic cockerel somewhere nearby :)"

"I had the mar suite it was nice, shower was cold only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 3. Staff were very accommodating no complaints at all with the staff. Bar could have been a little better my drink was almost I drinkable, but I got a refund no issue. Overall if you want a stay that’s right off the beach and you’re not worried about all the small details this is a perfect place "

"Las habitaciones no están listas a tiempo. Te la entregan hasta 1 hora y media después. Ir a cualquiera de sus restaurantes es un desastre. No tienen un sistema o plataforma automatizado, todo lo hacen manual. La hostes es la que te lleva a la mesa y deja desatendida la recepción de los restaurantes. Pésima coordinación en restaurantes. La comida estuvo bien, pero las porciones son muy pequeñas, parece que es un menú de degustación. No regresaría. "
