"Little Gem exceeded my expectations. The staff were so helpful. They arranged our airport transfers, booked tours for us, had mopeds or atvs to rent at reasonable prices, and bikes free to use. Rooms were clean, coffee maker in room, even beach towels. Close to many restaurants and the best coffee and cafe right across the street. Don’t hesitate to book your stay here!"

"We stayed in one of the penthouse apartments which was immaculate and incredibly spacious! The pool was a lovely addition as Tulum was hot when we visited! Isabel was very responsive and ensured we were comfortable throughout our whole stay! The area is very safe and there is 24 hour security at the main entrance! Would definitely recommend!!!"

"Staff were amazing, so attentive and helped to book a few trips which turned out to be highlights of our holiday. The room was spotless and throughly cleaned every day, couldn’t fault it. It was a 20 min walk from centre but we didn’t mind that, as it felt like a quiet oasis away from the noise. Having access to Bardo and Milam pools was an added bonus as both had better pools and food than Una Vida (but Una Vida is half the price!) - would 100% recommend to anyone. "

Place was clean, beds were super comfortable, AC/Wifi were fine, pool was cleaned daily! Folks/Security at the entry gate were always super friendly, accommodating and very welcoming. As mentioned in other reviews, the area is still developing (but with REALLY nice properties all around, still under construction) so the roads in the area were unpaved and...
