"This was a home...like a really crappy airbnb only worse, owner didn't notify me of canceling my stay until i arrived, was high, lied about emailing me and giving me a refund. Def meth house vibes. Do not recommend lol"

"Room was clean and well stocked. Newly remodeled room and building. Conveniently located downtown. Secure neighborhood. Hotel staff was very friendly, courteous and prompt. Only areas needing improvement were hotter water temperature of water out of shower and better perimeter security. An exterior door was noted to be ajar at one point. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others."

"The room was disgusting and so was the entire hotel. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. There was some unknown substance on the walls above the bed, the linens were heavily stained, and the ceiling clearly had heavy water damage. On top of that, when we were checking in there was a potentially homeless man in the entry drinking out of a plastic liquor bottle. Not to mention the area itself is generally seedy and the hotel did not have adequate security. The staff was friendly at...

"The rooms were amazing. They were clean just be sure to lock your doors. We forgot one night and our car was rummaged through. Things were stolen it’s our fault we forgot to lock our door, cause our hands were full, it obviously is a hotspot to go through cars,.but other than that, everything was amazing to the pool through the cleanliness and all ."

"the rooms where very clean, but the area around is not so good, to go to the centre of Anchorage you will need about 45 minutes by walk one way, but it is a good point for activities, but it will be better, to rent a car, because bus station is not near and the bus don't go very often"

"The staff was the best! In Anchorage from the Kenai for surgery, we received so much kindness and assistance. From the initial greeting of someone to help with our luggage through the rest of our 4-day stay, we were pleasantly surprised with the courtesy and thoughtfulness of the staff. "We chose this Hotel as it was in a great location for the Ceremonial start of the Iditarod. We were able to walk anywhere we needed to go for these events. Rooms were clean and up to date. Only thing thst we noriced we would have wanted was a microwave. One thing that did surprise us was the cost of parking in the area. $40/day to park your vehicle with the valet, and almost as much to park anywhere else in the area. "
