"I called the property to see if they had a room on the main level as I'm in a wheelchair and unable to do stairs. The person who stated that they were infact in the Davenport hotel said that they had 1 room left on the main floor. We arrived at the hotel less than 30 minutes later and booked a room through Expedia. I go inside and had to call for the attendant to come to the front desk--it was 10 pm and we were exhausted. "Poor breakfast, unrepaired wall damage in bathroom, Couldn't get to a program menu on the TV/remote. Beds and bedding and general tidiness of the room was good. Only one luggage cart for the whole hotel? AC worked well; slept well."

"Unfortunately, this was one of the least enjoyable hotel stays we’ve had. The room appeared old, poorly maintained, and not very clean. The pillowcases looked worn and stained, the carpet felt dirty, and several of the bed linens were torn. The bathroom was especially disappointing.
