"We use embassy suites for a lot of our family travel when available and my in laws use it exclusively which is why we were so shocked by the poor service we received at this one. We had better service at à la Quinta the next night and a comfort suites the following night than we had here. The front desk girl was rude and clearly wanted to do the bare minimum getting frustrated when we asked her to come up with a solution for our room not being as described. "Everything to interacting with the front desk and our Stay were very pleasant we did not have breakfast at the facility but did smell delicious when passing through. The hotel is by so many convenient stores and restaurants you can walk to and a movie theater. "

My husband went downstairs to tell the attendant. He came up and couldn't fix it. He just said sorry and left. We stayed before in other hotels and never had as much issues like staying at La Quinta.
