"We went to the room around 10:30pm, got eeady for bed realize the Television did not work, we couldn't call downstairs because the phone was just a display not connected. My husband went downstairs to tell the attendant. He came up and couldn't fix it. He just said sorry and left. We stayed before in other hotels and never had as much issues like staying at La Quinta.
