"The buildings were all old and very outdated. It was obvious as soon as we pulled in the parking lot, there hasn’t been much upkeep done to the property. There was an overpowering smell of mold as soon as we opened the door to our room. The carpeting had clumps of human hair, skittles, and a white powdery substance all over it, so clearly it hadn’t been vacuumed. Knowing the floor hadn’t been vacuumed made us question whether the bedsheets had even been changed/washed. The drapes had some type of dried orange liquid that had dripped down the entire length of them, who knows how long ago. There was a thick layer of dust over the light fixtures, fan, and air conditioning/heating unit. My husband and I both looked at each other and said at the same time, “We can NOT stay here.” We are not picky people at all and have never left a bad review for any place we have stayed. But we felt we had to in this situation so other people know what kind of place this is - completely gross. I don’t know how a code inspector hasn’t shut this place down yet. One positive note: the lady at the front desk was very friendly, understanding, and professional."

"There were a few roaches and a hole in bathtub. It was sticky and stuffy inside. There was a smell. Just wasn’t comfortable at all. Beds were really worn in. We should have stayed two nights we left after one "

"Room was damp and smelled musty. Curtains had mold on them. Door coming into room had 2” gap beneath it. Completely open to the out doors. Wound up leaving 5 minutes after walking into the room and found a different hotel. "

"Worst motel I have ever stayed in. Do not rent here. This place felt unsafe for a family with children. The front door/security door was broken, room doors looked damaged, there was no one available at the front desk when help was needed, I saw roaches, the walls were dirty, and the entire property felt neglected and unsanitary. This should not be promoted as a safe place to stay. Expedia was also no help. They refused to provide a refund and took no responsibility, even though they are promoting this unsafe motel on their platform. They completely washed their hands of the situation. Do not waste your money. Do not bring your family here. It is a disgusting, unsafe property. I am posting photos of the broken door so others can see what guests are actually dealing with."

"This Huge House Is Like A Rental House With A Bunch Of Roomates. Loved How Big And Spacious The House And Outdoor Pool Is. Mirtha Is A Long Term Guest And Was Very Infomative And Helpful. The Room We Had Was Perfect For My Partner And I Even When The Bathroom Was Outside Of Our Room It Was Just Down The Same Hall. You Do Share The Whole Kitchen/Living and Dinning Room. Thankfully All The Guest ain The House Were Kind. We Stayed For A Week And I Really Can’t Complain Besides The Parking Which Was Confusing At First. But Besides That Everything Was Great The Area Is Gatted With Security. There’s 2 Large Fridges That’s Are Divided By Room Numbers For Space. We Will Eventualy Be Back But With The Kids And The Rest Of The Family. Customer Service Over The Phone Was Also Very Helpful And Responded Very Fast To Any Of Our Concerns."
