"The room was extremely noisy, so I asked to change rooms. The receptionist was abrupt and then said they had one room I could be switched to on a higher floor. This room as just as noisy with an additional generator noise. I found it very difficult to sleep even with ear plugs. In the morning I let the receptionist know but he said 'Well - we are surrounded by highways - there is nothing we can do about it'... Therefore it is important for people to know that traffic noise is very loud in all rooms as they all face a highway."

Security was heavy on all floors and desk/valet staff was amazing! My kids loved the basketball court, pool, and balcony views. My wedding stay went perfect. "
