"The room was clean but very shabby and in obvious need of more extensive maintenance. The end tables had been covered with some kind of vinyl faux marble and it was dull and bubbling up like poor quality contact paper. The shower in the master bath was unusable as the glass doors were broken and could not slide open. There was no toilet paper in the suite on check in and I had to call housekeeping to bring some. "THE GOOD: The place is great, beautiful, and very clean. The neighborhood is very quiet. THE BAD: The check-in process is HORRIBLE because of the to may steps of registering with them. You have to go through a process that is like an exhaustive background investigation done by the FBI. Be prepared to provide a lot of PERSONAL INFORMATION. Additionally, too many steps to finally been able to check in."

"This resort was beautiful! The pool area was amazing! Very large and lots of places to lounge. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The walk from our condo to the pool area was about 10 minuties, though you could drive and park at the pool if you wanted. "

"Lack of communication with tge manager & staff. Had late check but staff kept ringing the door bell at 10. My family and I was sleeping. Too many mosquitos at the water park. Very annoying. My dauughter & I got a few bug bites. This was my 2nd time staying here. Wasnt a pleasant experience. The up keeping of this property as gone done. No shower door on glass shower. Water from tub got cold within 1 min. Everyone was friendly. Resort drivers were great! "
