"This resort was a great choice for our family. The location was convenient to shopping, amusement parks, restaurants and gas stations. Some within walking distance. We left several times throughout our stay and most of the time every where we travelled was within 10 minutes.
The amenities were great as we. We enjoyed all three pools during our stay. We were able to walk to them all with ease. Our favorite pool was the Bella pool. We enjoyed the pool table and ping pong that were in two of the pool areas. Each pool was stocked with towels for the guest. The pool bathrooms were nice and clean. You could smim late with pool closing at 11. The layout had plenty of seating, shaded areas and room to swim. I never once felt my space was invaded, uncomfortable or that I could not find a spot for my family. I also appreciated the signs that you could not reserve a spot with your belongings and leave.
I really enjoyed the beauty of the grounds. Again the layout is perfect. Beautifully manicured lawns, botanical gardens, flowers galore and palm trees everywhere. Crossing spots and paths with clear directions around every turn. The bridges to cross from each section and the water features and views were great. Many great photo opp's.
The staff from check in to check out truly make this resort top notch. We were greeted with smiles and friendly gestures from every person we encountered. We appreciate all their hard work. Sheraton Vistana thanks so much for an amazing vacation. "
