I had reserved a 2 queen bed room a couple weeks ago for bringing my daughters to state wrestling and get there and the check in lady acted ticked off cause it was busy and a waiting line and I asked for my room and she tells me it’s oversold and all that’s left was one king bed room with no couch or roll out options. Disgruntled I said ok we would try and make it work but after going to the room and seeing disappointment on my daughters...
