"Excellent location for Georgetown. Just 5 - 10 minutes walk to shops, restaurants and the waterfront park.
The king size room was spacious and clean with a kitchen and dining area. Overall, it could use a refresh, but everything works.
After checkout FYI - The lobby has lockers where you can store your luggage and lock it with your own personal PIN code until you’re ready to leave. Highly recommend!"

"We booked a room with a kitchen for 3 days and had no refrigerator for 2 and half days even tho we discussed the issue with the front desk daily and multiple times a days. On the last day they finally bought in a brand new fridge. There was a restaurant onsite it said it opened and 4pm but it didn’t. They didn’t do anything to compensate us for no refrigerator and there was no ice machine. My husband went to the front desk then they gave us some ice from the restaurant once. They just kept...

"Big room with kitchenette, clean and comfortable. Delicious Ethiopian complimentary coffee. Walking distance to Downtown and National Mall. The iconic restaurant Ebbit grill restaurant is close by. Gregory’s cafe is wonderful and just downstairs. Starbucks within 100 m."

"I stayed in a one bedroom deluxe room. This could be a great place to stay if they do some up-keeping. The faucet in the bathroom hit the mirror so only a trickle of water came out. The doors stuck and needed to be oiled. The kitchen smelled like the last persons food. And the shower was broken and took me a while to get the shower on. No tv in the bedroom. It just feels run down. The girl at the front desk was great and I would give her 5 stars."

"I like this apartment hotel much because the facilities are very good, very suitable for a big family to reside (especially cooking equipment). The hotel is quite near many tourist attraction spots, hence it is an advantage as well."
