"We rented this apartment from hotels.com for a week during house construction. My initial impression in the first 24 hours was mixed/one of concern because the assigned parking for this apartment is compact, surrounded by other ‘compact’ parking spots filled with SUVs, which made parking stressful and I could not connect with anyone within the first 24 hours because we arrived on a Sunday. "This was a wonderful place to stay in DC. It was a great place because it was was within walking distance of many of the DC sites. It was also close to many top-notch restaurants. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The elevators were timely. It had a fine fitness room and lounge. The place was large and clean. "

"This property is very close to metro and 2 blocks to White house there are several cafes and restaurants in the area the apartment is really good size ensuite and half bath laundry facilities super king bed all kitchen facilities this is an exceptional property "

"The staff were friendly and helpful providing information about what was in the neighborhood. They even put out a stand of umbrellas on a rainy day! The extra space and having a kitchen area was a major plus. On the negative side we found an empty water bottle laying in the closet, cellophane candy wrappers on the floor in the living room, and had to get the "engineer" up to the room to fix the TV. "Definitely one of the best aparthotels that I've ever stayed at. The two bedroom was very clean and extremely spacious. It had all the amenities we needed. The corner room we stayed in had a great view as well. FYI there is 2 hour street parking behind the property that works as overnight parking after 6pm as well."

"Worst bed ever—woke up in actual physical pain. Location is great. Fitness center is terrible. "

"The property is older, has smaller rooms, worn public spaces and not special but charges like it’s the a brand new Ritz or Four seasons. It does not deserve the four stars. "

"The property was well-maintained, clean and spacious, and the staff was responsive. The amenities of the building were nice (gym, game room, and rooftop). The apartment amenities could be described more accurately so guests can be better prepared. For example, the washer/dryer is a combination unit and it did not work well for a family. Also, it states that they provide detergent, coffee, shampoo, etc. but it was small samples and not sufficient for full stay."

"Overall, the location of this place and the apartment itself is wonderful. The check-in process is cumbersome, as well as the process to get/use the garage access. However, I would do it all over again, the price for parking here is much cheaper than anywhere else. There is quick and easy access to DC via the subway. Definitely recommend staying here with a family versus in DC for much more cost."
