"Great place to stay close to airport with shuttle for the night before or after your flight. I love this hotel with an old Hawaii vibe. The staff are always so friendly. Across the street from the Mall with shops and restaurants. I try to stay here at least one night when I go to Maui."

"Paid close to 1k for the week. Then come check in, surprise! Pay another $400 for parking and amenities. What do i say? NO? I'm on an island i dont have a choice."

"Four Seasons is worth every penny, every time. They are excellent. This property and the service is unmatched in the area. I stayed all of last week and then came back. Staff is so excellent. Property is gorgeous. It's just perfect. A lot of things aren't worth the price these days, but I have to say this hotel is worth the money. 5 stars."

"Booked a last min stay because my flight was cancelled so wasn’t there long. Just slept for a bit and left but the property was nice and there’s a hot tub available to use as well. Everything was comfortable and I had what I needed. The neighbors cat came over and was very friendly :)"

"We were a party of 6 spread into 2 rooms. We were in the tower, which was fine- although not that convenient since we were at the kids pool everyday, which is on the other side of the resort. The housekeeping service was excellent- never disturbed us - always working around when we were out. Rooms were left tidy and clean. Mostly, we spent our days at the kids pool. "Amazing resort. Welcoming staff. Lots of activities. Clean rooms and property. Comfortable beds. Stocked kitchen. Huge bathrooms with lots of counter space. The balcony was our favorite space - dining table and four chairs, two comfortable chairs with table and a lounge couch….but the view was the winner…ocean, island of Lanai, whale watching, mountains, plus gorgeous views of the pools and grounds. We loved the poolside bar and grill and had many meals poolside."

"Difficult to get a pool chair even though there is a sign that says unoccupied pool chairs will be forfeited. We saw many chairs with pool towels to which no one returned to but no staff came around to remove the towels. "

"Was threatened by a group of local kids who were extremely drunk had a gun on them and they surrounded me and 6 other people cussing and trying to get us to fight them while we were in a hot tub. Would not come back! Also the one pool bar here made awful drinks that were hard to drink and overpriced. "
