The food at the adult pool and service by the bar staff was impeccable. The main thing that stuck out to me was the genuine kindness and pride that the staff puts into their work. "Everything was good. But I just give one star less because we had too many bugs in the room even with patios door closed. The assistant manager said he will ask housekeeping to spray pest control in the room but the next day they were all over again between our clothes. The other think that I didn’t know was the price that we see in Expedia is not included resort fee so later you will be charge $50 additional per night for resort fee."
