"We recently stayed at the Country Inn in Walker, MN, and from the moment we walked through the door, our experience was wonderful. Check-in was quick and friendly — the staff greeted us warmly, explained all the hotel services, and told us about the complimentary breakfast. "The first room I was assigned had a smell of cigarette smoke although it was very clean. Mary, the manager at the desk, reassigned me a very nice room & was very apologetic. I have no doubt she followed up & made sure the no smoking policy was followed by all guests. She was very accommodating. "

"Lovely motel. Quiet. Relaxing. All the amenities of home. As coming with heavy rolling cooler, requested parking outside my door. With in minutes of submitting my request, hotel responded, accommodating my request. When arrived was offered assistance with my cooler. Hospitality extraordinaire! Highly recommend."

"This was a really lovely motel stay. The room was clean and decorated well, with a large fridge and microwave, and enough chairs so we did not have to sit on the bed to eat. The little bag with snacks was sweet and appreciated. We were able to park right outside our room, which was great. The only issue we had was that we arrived late, and the directions sent us down the street to another location.
