"The location is great if you're using the airport. They have a shuttle that runs every 15 minutes and the shuttle ride was around 5-10 min, depending on which airline you are using. There is also a nice walking trail outside the hotel that goes around a lake next to the airport. I believe the full path is 5 miles so it's nice if you want to get a little exercise. "Excellent location…4min walk to bart station that takes u straight to Embarcadero it takes 34mins. Parking is free which is huge plus. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Continental breakfast is available on site for a price."

They told us pool was closed at 8pm when sign says 10pm and it was 745pm Next mornings 930am said pool closed she is the only one there and have to wait for someone else comes in. When talk to another staff. They didnt know what to do. They said we could have a late checkout at 1pm. Told us all set. We were locked out of room at 1130am. Person never put in computer."
