"Overall stay was excellent very good customer service and clean rooms.
However I do think the food quality could improve a lot especially for this price point and being a 5 star resort, also it's feeling it's age in terms of the over all property is in need of an update. "

"I wanted to visit Hue so I could stay in this hotel again. The staff were wonderful. We got a massage and hung out at the pool for a bit. It made for a lovely stop in Hue. "
