"It was comfortable and a convenient location. We didn’t use parking, but there was an assigned spot available to use. There is a grocery store within easy walking distance. They desperately need better lighting in both bedrooms - we had to move the living room lamp into the smaller bedroom if we would have been in darkness once daylight was done. Also, for those who live places (like BC) where garbage chutes are almost never seen, there is one on the floor. "

"I booked this property after reading all the 10 ratings. That's a joke. Non of the door in the apartment close properly. Dryer was full of wet towels and bedsheets that we need to end up drying separately and folded ourselves. Check in process was very confusing and no one was at the lobby of the property. I definitely would never book this property again."

"The space itself was very very nice and tidy, the check-in process, however, was horrible. Communication efforts were very poor- we ended up having to wait in the rain for 2+ hours after the check in time (which was supposed to be 4 pm), due to no answers to both their office phone and cell that was listed+ email communication replies took HOURS in between each email."

"Nothing negative to say about the actual suite. Lovely, clean, everything provided that you would need. Great location.
My negative comment is about the parking and the management company. We paid in advance for underground parking. When we arrived, the battery for the parking fob was dead. We messaged the rental company and were told essentially too bad, there’s no one on site to help, and to find alternative public parking and that they would refund our money for the parking . "I’ve completed escape rooms that were easier than getting access …. It was to the point where my wife and I were thinking we got scammed. Thankfully security shared a cell number where we could reach someone from the company, but even after that there were multiple hoops to jump through and issues sending the wrong information."
