"The room was on the second floor, no elevators, tough for someone with arthritis, room was dirty, clumps of hair on the floor that looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed, uneven bathroom floor and a small refrigerator that would not stay closed. Big mistake staying there again. First time was 45 years ago, honeymoon. Hugh disappointment"

"The carpeting has a damp and sticky feeling. The toilet didn't flush and while maintenance came quickly, we had the same issue at 1am. Maintenance came again to fix it but recommended we change rooms. We called the front desk to be sure they'd have a new key for us, they said they would and told us to come to the desk.
