"The apartment is fabulous, so clean and neat. We were wowed by how beautiful it is - modern yet classic. But the area surrounding has multiple homeless shelters and it felt unsafe certain times. We were yelled by a street musician/homeless person to fxcking go back to China on the street of the loft. "We had such a great stay. There is no concierge on site but the staff check on you and are easily available by text. The room is beautiful and the hotel is located within easy walking distance to Old Town and on a street with lots of great restaurants. Hoping to come back soon! Thank you. "
