"La piscina y el desayuno son del hotel que está al lado eso está bien pero el cuarto que escogí que es la suite dice tener un sofá cama en realidad lo que tiene es un futon que apenas se acomoda bien una persona y en cuando a la limpieza no se ve sucio a simple vista pero si vi una cucaracha y eso no me gustó. "Mixed review. Staff was friendly. Beach nice. Don’t recommend the club floor. The food was gross. Industrial eggs. The cheapest pastries you’ve ever seen. The same flavorless fruit every day. Cheap cold cuts and cheese. Only sugary yogurt. Wine cheap but somewhat drinkable. The room was nice, however. Decent bed and pillows. Even though they clearly have zero interest in approaching a five star hotel, they had nice bathrobes, although you may need to request them. After flushing the toilet, sometimes it wouldn’t stop and sounded like a freight train in your wall all night long. We asked for it to be fixed, but it never was. I suspect maybe it can’t be. A lot of nickel and diming. Charges for everything - even extra salad dressing. Some food was very good - burgers and fish tacos excellent. I wouldn’t consider the chicken fingers. French fries undercooked always, no matter what you ask. Drinks mixed. Decent pina coladas. Poor mojitos. One thing to note is that they rent pool/beach chairs to cruise people. There were a lot of them and not enough chairs. Some tried to take ours by removing our considerable things while we were eating lunch. Again, the staff was friendly and did their best under constraints."

"They are using an energy generator during the night, with the excuse that there is no electricity during that period. My room was shaking from the generator noise, and the diesel fumes were entering the room. I left the room that same day. "

"The hotel was built in 1958 and that’s how it felt, old dated, and beat up. The grounds were just okay. The pool area ok - nothing spectacular or special about the property really. The breakfast food at Caña was nice the lunch at the pool area below average. We paid $1,000 / night for ocean view room which was large but just sooo dated. The best part of the property was the gym which felt nice with good equipment but crowded most of the day. Overall, the feeling was that we totally overpaid for what we’ve received. Definitely not coming back."
