"The room is perfect. It's so much more affordable than the other dozen hotels in the area. We were just evicted from my home after my identity was stolen. My landlord lied and stole EVERYTHING from my home, cars, and family and our stay here is the first time we have felt safe in months. The staff are soooo kind and friendly that our youngest wants to live HERE FOREVER!!! THANK YOU 10/5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"I could gave it 1 star because I had to. This was the absolute worst place I've ever stayed at. Nothing in the room was cleaned. Toilet was a mess. The bathroom door frame was half broken. Durty walls. There were even receipts left in the drawers. We had to wipe it down with clorox wipes and it was disgusting. A room in that kind of condition had no business being rented out. Inexplicable conditions. Unacceptable. "

"This is a wedding venue mostly but they do make rooms available to guests during the week and off peak periods. The entrance to the property threw me as it was behind the parking lot of a defunct closed strip mall and at first, I wasn’t sure the approach was taking me to the right place.. when you arrive and park, there is a 24/7 lobby that is not staffed, there I found a basket with an envelope and my name on it which contained a passcode to the common area and my room. I was the only one...

"The hot tub was great, air conditioner was good and the staff was great. Only con was the water heat up slowly and drain was slow."

"Our room was quite small. The pool was cold and the hot tub is permanently closed. Disappointing since it was spring break & the entire reason for booking was for those amenities. "

"I stay here for weekend work in Cleveland and it is perfect for me. There was no freezer in the fridge, I needed that, all rooms are different though. All my rooms have been very clean and comfortable. I appreciate the staff not pounding on my door for cleaning as I work nightshift and I sleep during the day. Friendly Staff! I also love that there are so many different choices for places to eat. Also there is a Walmart/Dollar General and Dollar tree nearby. Among others. Great Area!"

"I have never left a review like this ever even when the places are not so good but this place was terrible. The windows was boarded up. It was junk cars sitting all around. The property was terrible. It smelled very bad when you walked inside be had, I don’t know if they was junkies or homeless but the place is bad. It had tape up all across the doors on the inside.
