"The facility was extremely clean & well maintained. We were the only people staying on the property (no staff) so that was different. Instructions were clear for accessing our room, etc."

"We booked this hotel on Expedia and paid in full, but the clerk who checked us in charged us $300 for the stay even though it was pre-paid. The hotel’s computer system was so slow that it was a very frustrating experience trying to get the staff to fix their mistake. Additionally, the beds were both so uncomfortable that I slept three hours of the night in my car to avoid the horrible, uncomfortable bed. This was a sorry hotel stay and I will not be back."

"Apon 4pm check-in the room was not ready we were told we had to wait 45minutes. When finally being able to complete check-in the room was filthy. Food containers left in the fridge, crumbs of food on the floor, multiple stains on blankets & pull out mattress. The bathtub was badly stained & striped/peeling we were told a bath mat would be delivered that did not ever arrive. Phone did not work anything we needed we had to travel down to the front desk from the 6th floor which attendants weren’t...

"We arrived at the hotel and found that the hotel was closed! No notification! There was a note on door to contact another hotel. Called the number they said that the hotel was taking care of some of the banquets but we're not dealing with reservations for rooms. The thrid party company that handled the reservation was unaware of the hotel being closed. They did get us a different hotel near by and said if the cost was more they would cover the different. Very stressful situation."

"The staff was very helpful and courteous. There were a couple issues with cleanliness of the room (ex. Dirty comforter on the bed, dirty bathroom sink) but overall, I would stay here again. The best part is the pool area. There is a basketball court, a fire pit and an area with a grill. Very nice for a budget hotel."

"The hotel is somewhat difficult to find, partly due to road construction but also due to poor signage. The lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable but the furniture was worn. The shower water pressure was great! We would stay there again because of its convenient location but it is certainly the best motel we have stayed at."
