With no clarification or support, I was left in a difficult situation and ultimately had to find alternative accommodation at short notice. "I was there on the hottest day in London on record in May. I was on third floor with no ac. It was terrible. The shower has a step and is tiny. The floors are uneven. Breakfast was good. I think for the money next time I’ll pick a hotel with ac. I couldn’t get any relief except at 10 pm."

We never got sent any check in details and they didn’t reply to our message on the app the day before check in asking for these.
