"This place was exactly as the photos, the place was so clean, perfect location walking distance to everything and everywhere. The courtyard was everything. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were great and very accommodating. We flew in early and they were able to hold our bags before and after checkin and out. You don’t need a car. We did not use the parking but there is a parking lot they use across the street for a fee. We are already planning on coming back and staying at the French Market Inn."

"This hotel has fallen a great deal since it was featured as 007's home-away-from-home in LIVE AND LET DIE! I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years, and it just keeps getting worse. This most recent stay was just after Mardi Gras, so I was patient. I spent 3 nights. No hot water, broken elevators, fitness and pool closed and my room was never serviced by housekeeping. I was charged for drinks at the bar I never ordered and the newly refurbished Rib Room was VERY AVERAGE. GET IT TOGETHER OMNI!!!"

"Room was not very clean, reserved a city view room with had a view of parking garage and side of 2 buildings of which windows had to stay closed and not useful due to being tremendously dirty and smudged. Obvious water damage seen of walls with curtains when open, glass door in bathroom not wiped down, cigarette butts on floor same spot for three days. I asked at the front desk if they vacuumed the floors as of me forth day leaving hall floor remained the same. We were moved to another room on Sunday due to leaking from the upstairs toilet that just so happen while being used and while dripping all over my husband's shirt Disgusting) Offered a comp breakfast, we are not European breakfast eaters and coffee was available. Apologies are Good, Yet AC Marriott will not be my choice again. Extremely disappointed with my Anniversary Weekend."

"The problem with my stay was the check in. The poor employee was not trained and it took over 45 minutes from when i walked in to when i started the check in process. There 2 people in front of me. Also, was given 2 queen room when I wanted a king. We were in a hurry and i did not want to go downstairs to change rooms because of time constraints. I mentioned to staff and they were willing to switch rooms for us, but we had already taken showers and i did not want to put the staff out any more. Person running the front desk needs more training before being put in that situation. Everyone's patience was running thin, but no one got obnoxious waiting."
