"Loved this hotel. The spa was quiet and wonderful , the staff was exceptional and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we have ever had. Really. Stellar. Couldn’t believe it. The rooms were new and clean and nice. Many saunas and plunges and we tried the flotation tank. The only thing we would change is the fact that the workout room and spa don’t open until 10am. I really do t get an excercise room not being available early morning. We came to enjoy the mountains and the lake so we don’t want to work out in the middle of the day. Please open the excercise room at 7. We didn’t get to use it at all and it is gorgeous. A shame."

"The room was clean and spacious witu a mini fridge and, of a couple european citied we visited, this one had the best air conditioning. Staff was helpful and friendly. Didnt do breakfast because of price and options. About 9 CHF per person to book a good shuttle service to airport. Very easy self check in process. 10 minute walk to train station to main city."

"It is a nice hotel. The rooftop patios are just two uncomfortable beach lounging chairs for smoking. Easy access to transit but not the closest to the main train station. No air conditioning but the geothermal cooling works well and they can get you a fan. Breakfast was pretty good."

"The room was clean and the breakfast offerings were good. Helpful staff that mapped out some highlights around the city as well. While there is no AC at the property, there is a fan in the room which is nice."
