"It was a lovely hotel, beautiful comfy spacious room and clean. The lady that checked us in was condescending and rude but everyone else was nice. We couldn’t get the shuttle because too many people had it booked so had to get an uber to the airport, but good stay overall"

My issue is that when we arrived I was not told about our executive room getting access to the lounge with drinks and a small continental breakfast. It caused a lot of confusion and I had to go to the room to contact Hilton.
