"My refrigerator and bath towels had long, black, straight hair in/on it and my tv didn’t work during my whole stay. I reached out to the front desk and they never sent anyone by my room to fix it. The pool needs to be cleaned as well. However, I was able to request a late checkout 30 mins past 11 and was granted it as I needed more time to prepare to check out. Overall this place is okay. The grounds were quiet but can be maintained much better. Housekeeping needs to pay more attention to detail...

"This property was a crap hole of epic proportions. All the bedding was stained and there were bugs on the beds (spiders) and on the walls (roaches) and flying (multiple flying insects) around the room. The laminate floors were peeling and the cracks on the doors were big enough to see through to outside. The odor in the rooms was so bad that it caused light headedness.
